Hi My name is Anathi Gumpe currently living in Velhar, Cape Town. Yesterday (15th December 2025) around 18:00 I received payment on my Capitec account. This payment was made by CASH SOLUTION. The amount i received was R1456. I, then made a transaction by cash send at an amount of R1450. Since it was later evening, I decided not to redeem the voucher and wait until today ( 16 December 2025). I then went to Pep here at Belhar Mall to withdraw, but the cashier told me the voucher is invalid. Then I went to Capitec Bank in Delft. When I got there I was told my voucher has been redeemed and I must wait a period of 7 working days. I am very disappointed with the services. I need the cash now. I need to buy Christmas clothes and food. How am I supposed to have Christmas at this point? Please help a sister in desperate need. That money is needed urgently to pay debts and other accounts. I worked and waited for this money and 7 day waiting period won't do. Hope to hear from you soon
