Hi, I am Ashley Miller and on 01/09/25 my account was debited with R825 from a company Bigbag in Cape Town. I went to the N1 city brand and the lady said that she send the complaint through and they will call me to reverse the money as I did not authorized the payment and I never shopped there. Till today I have not received my money or a call. The money was pending for 3 days bit for some reason I could not reverse the money myself that's why I went to the Capitec branch. I worked hard for my mo ey and trusted Capitec bank to keep my mo ey safe.
