Helpful and friendly staff

This morning I had to visit the Capitec Branch in Braamfontein to sort out a matter that was not their problem or fault but I could not approach Bankserv directly to investigate a matter for me. It had to be through my bank. I arrived just after 08:10. Filled in the required form, sanitized my hands and sat down to wait for someone to assist me. Ten minutes later I left. Matter sorted out, received a reference number and all is good. The best was that the person who assisted me left a staff meeting to first help me and then went back to the meeting. Thank you Fasu. I think that was his name. I am not to good with names but remember it sounded like Mafasu, fro The Lion King. Great branch manager as well.
