I'm really seeking help urgently

In February of this year my birthday i took myself and my partner for a little get away When I came back I had literally R400 in my account which was my traveling money for work.

On the 4th of March I transfered a R200 to my savings accont to purchase my bus ticket

I didn't get the sms to say the money was transfered

I didn't panic cause I always trusted capitec.

I then transfrred another R50 rand just to test cause I thought okay maybe something is wrong with there system.

Okay waited another 15 minutes my money was still not reflecting

I went to the branch in adderly street and the staff didn't know what was going on

They investigated and phoned there call center and they gave me a document stating that it was a IT error the money will be correct but for now no money should enter my savings account because it will just go away

Something just didn't add up with what the gentleman was telling me so the next morning I went to the branch near me - promonade mall.

The lady investigated and advised that I transered nearly 2000 from one of my savings plans to my main account and the money did not deduct from the saving plan account but went to the main account there for any money that enters my account will go away till that balence is paid up

Please bare in mind at that time I did not own a R2000 she showed me all my statements and the R2000 does not reflect At the time I didn't realize that I just wanted my account cleared because it was in a negative.

Later that day all my money was deducted From my *** at the time.

And the lady advised all she can do is make a payment arrangement whereby I need to pay R207 every month for the next 8 months

However this wasn't my fault I have documents to prove it. It cleary states that it was a IT error the money was not correct.

I have documents and a case number and witnessed

Please help me.
