Help me retrieve my money from capitac

Need help with retrieving my money it's been 8 months now they told me they are investigating and I provided evidence that it's not ***** money as they suggested i got money from someone I sold a car too,that money was paid in installments January was the last payment which was R7000 only his account was also closed but was later opened but still mine is closed
