Hello peter

My name is Siyanda Mnweba. I had a credit facility with Capitec bank which I could not finish paying off due to not having a job at the time. I did inform them that I was unemployed but then my account was handed over. I am now employed and have paid off the account but I cannot do anything credit related due to my name not being cleared as the status still shows as handed over and this has affected my credit rating.

I am not sure how this can be fixed or how I can get cleared immediately or at least ASAP.
