HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i'm writing on behalf of a friend:

He received his weekly wages into his capitec savings account. Capitec then stopped his savings account saying there was ********** activities. they have also listed him at the credit bureau for the "*****ulant activities" capitec then said that he should get confirmation from that employer saying this is his wages. the email with confirmation from the employer was sent to the complaints department on monday the 10/02/2020. they said the following:

Good day

Thank you for your e-mail to Complaint Management, personal acknowledgment will follow within 24 hours.

Please provide the following reference number in all future correspondence: *********XX

we have still heard nothing. please can you contact him on *** his name is jean pierre basson to sort this out and positively update the credit bureau and re-instate his capitec savings account.
