hellow peter please help me out to get access to my account

am very much dissapointed with capitec bank they cant just block my account without informing me about what happened,am also a client and i have rights they were supposed to call me first and address the issue but they didnt they just decided to block my accounts.i cant continue with capitec anymore because they dont take care of their clients and i will tell friends and family to stop using capitec.this is the proof that capitec is the poorest bank ever,
