Hello peter, i am so angry with capitec, my son sent me cashsend of R800, i went to makhado crossing mall louistrichardt for withdrawal , and the atm gave me a slip of voucher can not be redeemed , i went to the bank, i was told that only the sender can come and lay a complaint, when my son went there, he was told that the money was withdrawn the very same time the atm says it can not be redeemed, but they will investigate, after 4hrs, he received the sms saying case closed, the money was withdrawn, and i never received any money!
