Heartless *******

I've been banking with capitec since 2012, in 2014 I made a loan which i've been paying until May 2017. I was retrenched and my last salary came in end of May, in the first week of June I took in all the necessary documentation required for a retrenchment claim. The consultant who assisted me failed to make arrangements on my loan, and in the first week of July a family member send me R1500 for groceries, and that money was deducted out of my account by capitec for the loan ive already given in papers saying that I'm unable to pay. When I went to the bank to try and reverse the money they say they cant because of policy, but now I ask it was capitec that made the mistake not to make an arrangement and now my wife and three children have to sleep hungry because of their mistakes and they can't fix it? That is unacceptable.
