headless chickens

I went to capitec bank to requesta Loan , I have been with capitec as long as Iv been banking!and that is where my salary Goes in. Only to be informed they cant find my employer.I was asked to send the company Reg no and all the details of which it was done. After numerous calls I was busy making to the centurion reds mall branch trying to find feed back I was told that there is nothing they can do.They dont even call back or try and resolve the issue .they have poor service and they just leave matters idling.
