Have to beg for response from Capitec

<p>It really saddens me to always approach this platform before Capitec makes an effort to get back to me on queries. I was answered on my intial email but have send back a response and have subsequently asked twice for a response and I'm being ignored.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can an senior staff member get back to me regarding my query as I get the feeling that what I'm asking is not being understood completely.</p>
