have 3 loans of which I never did

I just realised after checking my information at the credit bereau that I have three loans with them, have never had anything to do with them my whole life, my ID was **********ly used, my credit record tarnished for life, they failed to authenticate and verify client ID that opened the account even though its clear the ID has been tampered with, their system not linked to home aff affairs as with all other banks. They should be liable for their mistake as a persons livelyhood is at stake, just hope they properly investigate and clear my clear and remedy the situation asap.
