Harrassment, but loan paid up!

After having my loan paid up in full by Capitec after 2 years due to unemployment at the time and having sent them my retrenchment documents at least 5 times and handing them to the branch, Capitec is still harrassing me. A letter was sent to me to confirm the loan has a zero balance and has been paid in full. I am receiving up to 15 calls from Capitec on ********** now per day stating I still owe them money. I have emailed Nicole Valentine at the complaints department numerous times regarding this, but I am simply receiving no replies. My incident number is ********** 6. I expect a reply from Capitec very soon regarding this matter.
