Harrasment

I have a loan capitec that has been handed over toDMC debt collectors, apparently those people harrased me they call me with their cellphones and this guy came to my place I told him I cannot sign his papers he started swearing and being rude to me he told people outside my yard that they are going to garnish me now the people of my community know that owe capitec what happened to the popi act, protection of clients information this was ugly and unprofessional they guys name is Solly I called capitec they say I need to call again on Monday and take this further I'm totally disappointed in the 3rd party *********** company that you hire for debt collection I'm scared now I'm gonna do a protection order for this guys please assist as capitec is a reputable company I'm totally out of words I told him I'm going to take this up and consult the ombudsman for this
