Hard earned Money going down the drain

I have a loan with capitec bank that is overdue and handed over, i reported my employment status emmediatly after losing my job, i am still unemployed and am asking for assistant from my husband to try and repay my debts, since from march 2021 i have been making payments but R860 is added on my account regardless of whether i paid or not, i went to the branch and explained my situation but they keep turning me down and giving me numbers to call, i have called, emailed and smsed the people i was told to call, but the R860 is still getting added, i have run out of solutions and i don't know who to talk to anymore. I just want the money have paid to reflect on my account and for my debts to get reduced averytime i make payment, please kindly help ! I am in distress....
