Harassment SMS’s & Call for 3rd party debt

This morning I received several SMS messages from: 1. (+ ********** ********** 61)…. Ms Maritz: Capitec handed you over for non-payment. Pay R 77 917.00 at FB Attorneys, FNB Acc: ********** 5131 2. (+ ********** ********** 08)…. Ms Maritz Pay on your? Capitec Loan at Fenwick Boshoff Attorneys at FNB acc#: ********** 5131 Call : Iviwe (021) **********

My name is Gustav de Souza and I have never had ANY loan from Capitec. I had a savings account but closed the account down after I audited my account only to see that money disappeared from my account and I did not authorize any deductions.

I have called the debt collecting company and a demand was made that I have ms Maritz call them. 1st time in my life I hear a debt collecting company demand a 3rd party (ME) to ask another person to contact them…..
