Harassment from attorney

<p>I have tried for years to get hold of someone to sort out an old o/s balance on my account. This is a complaint regarding your attorneys you are using. I was actually happy that finally there is now a way for me to settle this account, but after today's incident I can see why many ppl just don't pay. These attorneys called me on every number incl a manager at my work and insisted on staying on the line while the receptionist send me a msg. They called my mother on her home line, numerous calls on my cell phone and all this after&nbsp;I sent an email and was on the phne with them and all this was in the space of not even 5 mins. I really feel this sort of harassment is *******. Even after I told the woman to reply to my email, she still insisted on speaking. On the email I received from them it says:&nbsp;<span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';">Please </span><span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01'; color: blue;">TAKE NOTE that you may </span><span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';">reply to </span><a style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';" href="mailto:***">***</a><span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';">. yet they tell me they not allowed to email. This is my report to your attorneys:&nbsp;</span><span style="font-weight: bold; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;">STOP WITH THE HARRASSMENT!!!!!!</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 13px; color: #666666; line-height: 22px; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff;">I have been trying for years to sort out an ancient Capitec loan account. Whenever I try and look for help I get sent from one to another source. One contact number after another. One branch to another saying the account is closed/blocked. TODAY I receive an email to my work email address from this firm. I reply immediately to say thank you and continue to say I will pay the minimum amount require by the 26th of May and thereafter 3 more payments to settle the account and also to not email to my work email. Within the course of 5 minutes I am called NUMEROUS TIMES on my cell, work number and even to my mother's home number. I contact Elsebe on *** and she comes to the phone immediately knowing its me. I tell her that I have sent an email to make arrangements and dont appreciate being harrassed. I also advise her that I have sent an email. After explaining all the unneccessary calls and telling her to email me SHE STILL INSISTS ON SPEAKING TO ME AFTER I TELL HER THAT I CANT. I have made the neccessary the arrangements as per email and I DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE BEING HARRASSED!!!!</p>
