Harassment by CAPITEC Staff

Two CAPITEC Staff members i.e. Ms. Thandeka Buthelezi ( Branch Manager) & her friend Hlobisile Nontobeko Zulu (Teller) who were supposed to be at work serving clients at CAPITEC Bank, stormed into EDUMBE pharmacy in Paulpietersburg on the 25/03/2024 @ approximately 09:30, verbally assaulting one of the employees (Mr. Sbonga Buthelezi) regarding Child Custody matters. Such behaviour tarnishes the image of your organization' and needs corrective action to be taken. This explains the long queues and poor customer service at the Paulpietersburg branch i.e. The very manager Ms. Buthelezi leaves the branch unattended and accompanies her friend Ms. Zulu to Harass members of the public. Please address this issue urgently
