Harassed for a paid up account
Covid did not go well for us so we sort debt review, Capitec has been paid in full in August 2024 yet they are now harassing us for payment, emails...sms...calls
Debt busters has emailed full pop to the bank more than 2 weeks ago yet no response from this *********** bank.
We where dedicated enough to pay our debt of to you yet you continue to harass my spouse everyday.
You will look into this and you will provide a paid up letter to us

Highly disappointed, you do not communicate amongst departments
Nadine, you called my husband and said you would investigate and come back to us, no feedback except Capitec keeps mailing my spouse
What do we have to do to have this resolved
