Happy with service from Call Centre Person

I just wish to thank Candice Michaels for her assistance during my application process. Even though she was extremely busy, she always managed to provide me with feedback within a decent time frame/at the time she promised and in addition, it seems like Capitec actually employ competent people to work in their Call Centres. (unlike other institutions where the agents don't even understand the purpose of their job)<br> Having worked in Call Centre previously, i know how hectic it can get so I must just say: Thank you VERY VERY MUCH CANDICE MICHAELS for your efficiency, feedback and excellent customer service/soft skills!!!
