HAPPY FOR YEARS - NOT ANYMORE

I have received letters from Fenwick Boshoff Inc regarding me being handed over because of not paying my accounts. DESPITE numerous attempts to get a hold of Capitec Debt Review Queries so that I could make a payment arrangement, no one has gotten back to me and now I am handed over to lawyers. I have attempted to call with no answer, emails have been sent and the response I get is for settlement amounts, the person replying has not once ask what I need help with only sending settlement amount responses. I was not able to make full payments each month and have started paying again from End of Jan. My fiancé lost his job due to Covid and I could not make payments as I had to pay the rent and everything else. I have tried making payments to my Credit Card and even added my Credit Card as a beneficiary so that I can make payments and each time I get a “Transaction could not be completed”. I have really tried making several attempts to make a payment arrangement on my accounts and have not received any help from Capitec side.
