Happy Ending
Thank you Capitec. A few weeks ago I had complained about the not so good service I received , one of the managers Nomfefe Wulana called me and apologized on behalf of Capitec and sorted out my problem . She really went an extra mile for me and words cannot explain how grateful I am for what she did. Capitec is blessed to have her, she made sure I don't leave the bank. Thank you cc Nomfefe from the Cape Town branch mind you I'm in Durban. Stay Blessed ?
