Their Kathrine in ***** or Complaints was a Game Changer with her Professionalism, Reliability, Assurance and Empathy. (All in One) Customer Service Camp. I really appreciate and happy to be banking with Capitec because of this. Changed my thoughts about the bank. Don't remember the guy's name in Krugersdorp but was very Professional and Transparent. Eye Opener which I very much appreciate. Way to Go Capitec.
