I have had the best experience from Capitec ever since I joined. Yesterday my card was swallowed at a different ATM and Capitec staff at the Middestad Mall immediately helped me stop the old card and showed me how to in future and was issued with a new card. All this took less than 10 minutes, though the branch was busy
