I would like to take this opportunity to thank one of your employees Mathapelo Bopape.

I lodged a claim on the 31st of March 2025 with outstanding documents,then on the 1st I sent the outstanding documents and since then, I have been calling in to confirm the process of the claim with no luck until Mathapelo took her time to really look into the matter and found the issue was with the unclear death certificate, she then provided her work email to forward the correct document so that she can escalated to the relevant department.I feel like if she didn't look into it promptly we wouldn't have been able to bury my mother in law with the dignity that she deserved.

I really hope you acknowledge the effort some employees put in their line of work and appreciate them accordingly.

Thank you for your assistance Mathapelo, it's difficult dealing with a passing of a loved one and you really went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was resolved promptly.
