Happy chappy customer

My account was debit an amount that wasn't agreed on and I went to Capitec branch in Canal Walk. The consultant made me feel so at ease and it calmed my nerves, because as you can imagine money just leaving your account in this day and age. Lifebis tough out there! I got an sms immediately saying the money was put back and everything was okay again! I could breathe again. Just want to say a big thank you to that guy l. I was so overwhelmed that I didn't even get his name but well done to that branch. Will surely recommend Capitec to anyone who asks.
