I have been with Capitec as long as I have been married to my husband - both matches worth celebrating! The app is so easy to use, the customer care is friendly and helpful, and they have assisted me as best they can while I am out of the country. Wait-times at branches and the ticketing system are superior to all other banks I've experienced.
