HANDOVER REMOVAL CIRCUS

I had a loan handed over which I then paid up in August 2023. I then sent the paid up letter to *** and also to *** since then I have been given the run around whenever I follow up with Capitec but the handover has still not been removed from their records. Every Capitec consultant I have spoken with tells me a different story even at the branches. I would like to be assisted on this as it has hugely affected my future plans. Reading the reviews on Hellopeter, it is ******** how Capitec treats their customers. I have been banking with them for over a decade now and would really appreciate some assistance on this!!!!!!!!!
