Handed over unfairly without communication.

They handed me over saying i missed 20payments which is a lie and it wasnt even communicated with me. I am so angry. When did a missed payment turn into 20missed payments?? When i go to check my previous statements they dont show on my online banking, i can only search upto April the 28th. The payment that i made on the 25th doesnt show, luckily i have other proofs. You call their legal department,they take forever to pick up. This is the worst bank ever!!!
