HANDED OVER TO DEBT COLLECTORS

I am ANNOYED and DISGUSTED by the behaviour of CAPITEC BANK. I got a call from debt collectors which were sent by CAPITEC for their firm foundation training what makes me annoyed about their behaviour is that they did not try to contact me and inform me that I owe them After i had left in 2012 APRIL , but after so many YEARS they decide to send debt collectors, I am sure this is ********, to hand someone over without trying to communicate with them. Now i am having to deal with exorbitant charges and interests CHARGED BY THESE DEBT COLLECTORS
