HANDED OVER STATUS NOT REMOVED AFTER PAYING FOR OVER A YEAR

In 2022 I was on maternity leave in march and was unable to pay capitec loan - access facility and credit card for a couple of months so I had arrears after my maternity I went went back to work - then the settled capitec every cent I owe them that was in september 2022 and all accounts that where handed over to vertex solutions. I have sent paid up letters to capitec to ask them to remove the H/O status as it is Irrelevant as all monies are paid up but nothing - I showed capitec my honesty because as soon as I could I prioritized them and that should count for something. They should have not lead me to thinking that after settling their accounts then my credit will be opened again coz I should have paid by instalment so I do not run out of money again. All they think about is their collections commission. Its been over a year but still nothing has changed - they said I do not meet their criteria. I feel like if they had been honest with me I should have settled for paying their accounts monthly
