Handed over for prescribed debt

Capitec has handed me over for a prescribed debt , they even went as far as listing the last day of payment as 17/02/2024 which is a lie. No comms from the company they handed me over to either, I just see on my credit report Shackleton something. Sort this out asap and lie about payment dates to revive the debt.
