Handed over for prescribed account

Capitec collecting prescribed debt even handed me over almost 4 years after prescribed period.

* Last payment date of this account is 2 February 2017 * Capitec never called until Ver-Tex solution phoned me in November 2020( 44 after last payment). It will not be an issued of Capitec not getting hold of me via email or call because Ver-tex did although it was too late. I requested a prescription letter then I've never heard from them.

* Sent email requesting prescribed letter 21 July 2021, got response 24/07/21 refering me to Ver-Tex. * Got response 26/07/21 advising me that this account was withdrawn from Ver-tex on the 22 February 2021 * Sent email 26/07/21 advising Capitec that this account is not with Ver-tex anymore but still they told me 27/07/21 to contact Ver-tex clearly they're not aware of what happening with this account * I called on the 27 July 2021, Capitec told me that account is with Ver-tex, I believe thay didn't read my emails. They then promised to send me reference number via sms while they are dealing with this matter until today I'm still waiting for the Sms .

Please may get my prescription letter. They didn't even tell me account will be handed over.
