Hackers on Capitec bank account

There's a subscription that was made on my Capitec account, that needs a credit card number of which I don't own a credit card.. The company is called vsnymd.com. I don't know of what subscription is it of. I didn't even receive anything from it. I don't own a credit card and I don't know how they managed to hack into my Capitec Account. Where as they took R156, 89. Im a student, when I called the bank, they told me they will charge me an extra R150 to reverse my money or it won't be possible for me to get my R156, 89. I mean it's lockdown how am I supposed to survive for the next few days. I have to buy electricity with that money, something very essential but my account gets hacked and my money just vanishes without knowing if it will come back or not. Can someone please help, this isn't good at all. All I need is the money reversed.
