Hacked account and changing number
I lose the phone that have the number I used to register capitec business bank and the password Is already changed I don't know how and when so I want to change the number to the one I register the personal one with but the bank can't help me fast because now I don't know what is happening on my business account they say I have to verify by ID photo on email but still now I haven't got the email

18 Feb 2025, 15:23Capitec bank it is careless like someone can use your bank as he/her want while they are still going around telling you to wait for days!!I told you that I think someone is using my account because I can't log in the password it's already changed but you don't even care about that I filled the form you give me and provide everything but still you haven't help me since 11 am waiting for you since now ,you don't know how to take care of your customers and you know very well that there are ****mers out here
