Guys be careful of Capitec's persola loans, they suck and are unwilling to meet clients halfway

Capitec dont even deserve a star, I am writing my review with the frastration I am facing to try and help my brother with the issue he has with Capitec.

He worked as a driver, and recently got an internship with another compay which cut his salary by half.

He clearly cannot afford the agreed amount with Capitec, the are refusing to do an arrangement with him to reduce the installment and increase the loan term.

They are also saying even if we deposit half the loan they will not be able to reduce the loan amount.

Can someone please help, what does NCR say about this matter, they next thing they will be black listing him while we tried reaching an agreement with them

We have also sent them an email to ask for assistance, we did not even get a reference number or a response email
