Where do even start,,,Capitec Viljoenskroon staff are just too excellent, efficient and effective in their work. Starting with Lindelwa, greets with a smile and is sooo professional. Today I wanted to make two deposits in two different accounts and did not want to have to wait in the queue for that. To add to that, I had left my bank card, Lindelwa explained to me that I can access my accounts with the self-service option. I got the accounts but depositing there is an issue with the system. Nthabiseng Tlake was prompt in assist me and explaining everything to me. The 2 gentlemen, Katlego and Mlondi kept checking on me and other clients to ensure we are not to anxious and assured us they are working on the issues. The team energy just flowed maan and yet it was late in the day. I felt at ease and again so happy that Capitec was my choice of bank. Thank you to the staff for being so friendly and knowing GREAT customer excellent and knowing their product well enough to explain all to a client like me. I AM STILL A CLIENT TODAY BECAUSE OF CAPITEC VILJOENSKROON SUPERB SERVICE OF EXCELLENCE.
