Greatest Service Ever

<p>I work in the West Rand, not far from Westgate Mall. So everytime I need to go to a bank I use the closest and most convenient for me which is WESTGATE CAPITEC BANK 006B on Entrance 5. </p> <p>Everytime I get there I always have the pleasures of being assisted by Boitumelo Baliki. This lady always have a smile on her face, I feel comfortable discussing my financial matters with her.</p> <p>Tumi (As she's known) was the one who helped me with my Capitec application form when I was joining the bank and this was back in 2009/2010 when she was still at CAPITEC BANK DOBSONVILLE CENTRE. She is always friendly, she will make you feel welcome and God does she know her work, she takes pride in her job and never will you find a dull day when you see her. </p> <p>I would just like to take this time to appreciate the good work that is being done by Tumi, the drive and passion that is in her is remarkable. I hope Capitec knows what a true asset they have in Tumi and continue appreciating having her as one of the staff members. </p> <p>Tumi, continue being the amazing consultant that you are. Never let anyone take away the bubbly personality that you have, I promise you, your efforts never go unnoticed. I wish I could give you more than what I'm doing right now, but no gift in the world can ever meausre up to the great service that you always give me and other clients.</p> <p>THANK YOU LADY!!! :) THE BANKING SECTOR NEEDS MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU.....</p>
