Great work from a great bank

Great experience. Opened an account directly from their app. Just put in my details and took a picture of my smart ID, and a poa and done. Account opened, virtual cards activated and I could transact immediately.

Discovery bank does not accept the new smart ID. Thus why opened with Capitec. I closed my Bidvest account as they were still in the stone ages.

I went to the branch almost a month after opening the account. Staff were wonderful and caring. Was able to transact until then.

A great thing in my book!!
