Great service & my case well handled

I wanted to close my account , the only reason am still a Capitec Client its because of Vivian .Vivian from Diepkloof Square Capitec what an exceptional service first time in my entire life seeing a Consultant who gets things done with limited resources , I have not much to say but all i can say is she has peoples skills , very good with resolving fustrating issues , I ended up thinking she is the one who is having missing funds issues the way she went all out for me to get my refund it took more than 6-7days for the Call center to refund me , but she pushed them to do their work because i was told 24hours , 48hours , 72hours , with no communication or my refund .
