I would like to give gratitude where its due. I had app**** for a claim in my loan since I got retrenched. The consultant said I would receive a response in 3 months to state whether the claim was approved or not. 3 months past by with collections department calling me every single day to pay while I explained to them that I got retrenched and waiting for response. I then called the credit insurance department and spoke to Thabisa who escalated my matter and said I would receive an answer in 48 hours. Within 24 hours I got response!
