Great service from Portia!

I would like to share my gratitude for the excellent service received from Portia at the Carlswald brand in Midrand. Portia was friendly to my children and I and was very patient. There was information I requested for a business account which could not be obtained from her system but she called different internal lines until someone was able to assist.
