Great Service From Emma @ Constantia Kloof Branch

Its always easy to post when one had a terrible experience with a company, but when stella service is given one walks away and forget about it. Maybe in world where its a norm to recieve good service one is justified to just walk away and forget, but in a country as ours where terrible service has become a norm, we should be screaming our lungs out. Recently we find ourselves not even complaing about bad service. This brings me to why I am writting this review. My wife and I walked into Capitec branch in Constantia Kloof. We recieved out ticket and waited to be called. After few minutes of waiting our number was called.

A lady by the name of Emma was there to help. After enquiring on how she can help, it was the last time I rememebered that I was in a bank. Emma was the most friendliest person I have come across. She made the experience of opening an account exciting one. She really made our experience wonderful. To add a cherry on top, Emma phoned me weeks later to remind me to use my app before it deactivated. We really appreciate such warmness. A lot of us can learn something from Emma, especially client facing individuals.
