Great service from Capitec Cresta - Ntabiseng

We were helped from Ntabiseng from Capitec at Cresta on Sunday 22 March 2020. She went above and beyond to help my mom with her Capitec account and was patient and explained everything to my mom in a way that was clear and was able to communicate the things that my mom was unclear on. She also helped with finding a way to lower the interest rate on a loan by extending it a little which released some money now for my mom which is hugely beneficial in this time with the whole epidemic.

Absolutely fantastic and phenomenal staff at the Cresta branch, and really happy to be a Capitec client.
