Great service capitec

Just watching the prompt response of capitec bank on the complaints of their clients shows how passionate they are about the service, i just lodged a complain about my wife moving her salary to Fnb and not yet received her salary on the 06th since 30th and yet they say all is in order we should just wait for funds to clear, There is no reply of any complaints throughout the history, my wife is definately switching back to capitec bank , as soon as we access our funds we are closing the account and i will close the business account as well.
