Great Service by Faith and Andries
I had the pleasure of dealing with Faith and Andries. I was so impressed by their level of professionalism and customer service. Never once did I get a feeling of frustration, or that I was a burden.
Faith Baloyi assisted me with a loan over the phone and she was super friendly, helpful, and efficient.
Andries assisted me with a few things I needed to get done at the Kempton Park branch. My time there was quick, he was so efficient at getting the job done and took the time to explain things in detail.
I just want to say thank you for your wonderful service.
I hope they get to see this compliment.
