Great Service By Charlton and Kirsten

<p>Went into Capitec yesterday as a friends car had expired and couldnt help but be wowed by the great service these two young men gave to clients. When we walked in they greeted us in our own language and continued to show us where we should sit, still in our own language. While they were helping out my friend, they came to me and asked that i would help then with a kfew phrases that yould be beneficial when talking to clients, like goobye, have a lovely day, etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>We left the bank feeling soo good and uplifted, thank you Charlton and Kirsten for taking time out to learn ways of bringing great service to your clients. Please dont stop, continue being wonderful.</p> <p> </p> <p>(Not sure of te branch name, but this is the Capitec on Darling Street, Cape Town, right opposite the Parade)</p>
