Great service

I was phoned by the bank during the week as I havent been to a branch in more than 6 months to one year. They were following up if I need any services and if they can be of any assistance. There is no need for me to visit the bank when the service working without fault.

Even today when I phoned the bank to confirm a payment, my call was answered immediately and query resolved within five minutes. Great service by Capitec and staff member Luvuyo.
