Great service at Capitec President Hyper Krugersdorp
A week ago I accompanied my friend to Capitec branch in President Hyper Krugersdorp to claim for funeral policy. Her sister had open a funeral policy with Capitec and she covered her family in the policy including her daughter. Through my observation as they were at the counter with the consultant I could see they were in good hands.
As I was waiting for them I so overwhelmed by emotions, I asked for water and one consultant brought me water. I am so happy that my friend and her sister were helped, the funeral cover claim was paid out and she was able to bury her daughter.
Thank you to the consultants for the great service.
